Sportking India proposes Rs 1 per share dividend for FY26, subject to shareholder approval

Sportking India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, with a record date of September 5, 2026, and a book closure from September 6, 2026, to September 12, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the 37th Annual General Meeting.
