IFGL Refractories promotes Ashok Kumar Kedia and Frank Mitchell as Co-Presidents of U.S. subsidiary Mono Ceramics Inc

IFGL Refractories Limited announced that Mr. Ashok Kumar Kedia and Mr. Frank Mitchell have been promoted and appointed as Co-Presidents of Mono Ceramics Inc (MCI), a material subsidiary of the company in the U.S., effective August 16, 2026. The appointments follow the cessation of Mr. Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal as President of MCI, effective August 15, 2026, which was previously disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited.
