Federal Bank allotted equity shares under multiple ESOS and ESIS schemes on August 16, 2026

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 1,39,161 equity shares under its ESOS 2017 Scheme, 2,625 shares under its ESOS 2023 Scheme, and 1,885 shares under its ESIS 2023 Scheme, all with a face value of Rs 2 each, to option grantees on August 16, 2026, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee.
