Mahan Industries Limited shareholders approved equity share and warrant issuance at EOGM

Mahan Industries Limited held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to transact business including the issue of equity shares on a preferential basis and the issue of fully convertible share warrants on a preferential basis. The meeting, chaired by Nishil Shah, was attended by Managing Director Yogendrakumar Gupta Prabhudayal, and Directors Amita Chhaganbhai Pragada and Sushilkumar Goel, among others, and voting was conducted via electronic means and polling paper, with results to be submitted separately and made available on the company’s website at www.mahan.co.in.
