Hindustan Zinc appoints Dr. Yogesh Attray to its board for a three-year term

Hindustan Zinc Limited announced that the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has appointed Dr. Yogesh Attray as a non-official part-time Director on its board for a period of 3 years, effective August 14, 2026. Subsequently, the company’s board approved the appointment of Dr. Attray as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective August 14, 2026, noting that he meets the independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
