Nectar Lifesciences will relocate its corporate office to Chandigarh, effective September 15, 2026

Nectar Lifesciences Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved a change in the company's corporate office from Plot No. 110, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh 160 002 to "Godrej Eternia," West Wing (Tower A), Plot No. 70, Industrial Area, Phase -1, Chandigarh, 160 002, effective September 15, 2026.
