Sri Chakra Cement names Vijay Kumar Kapilavai as CFO, effective mid-August

Sri Chakra Cement Limited announced the appointment of Sri Vijay Kumar Kapilavai as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Srirama Vara Prasad Nendraganti on May 30, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Kapilavai, a commerce graduate with over three decades of experience, is related to Sri K Sriram and Smt K V Naga Lalitha.
