Surat Trade and Mercantile Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Deepak N. Shah, with DIN 07356807, as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective August 11, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the 80th Annual General Meeting.
