Vidhi Specialty Food Colors appoints Chetan Bavishi as Additional Director for five years

Vidhi Specialty Food Colors Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Chetan Prabhudas Bavishi as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective August 11, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Mr. Bavishi, who previously served as an Independent Director for the company from 2003 to 2018, has over 40 years of experience in the iron and steel industry and is not related to any other director on the board.
