Shareholders approved Muraarie Rajan as director and Vikash Mittersain as founding chairman

Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the appointment of Mr. Muraarie Rajan as an independent director and the re-designation of Mr. Vikash Mittersain as founding chairman at an Extraordinary General Meeting held recently. Resolution 1, concerning Mr. Rajan’s appointment, secured 99.9982% of the votes in favor, with 161,018,784 votes supporting the motion out of a total 161,021,679 polled. Similarly, the resolution regarding Mr. Mittersain’s re-designation received 99.5618% support, with 160,316,103 votes in favor. The scrutinizer confirmed the validity of the votes, noting that e-voting accounted for the vast majority of participation and that no votes were deemed invalid.
