Foods & Inns Ltd. announced CFO Anand Krishnan’s resignation, effective August 11, 2026

Foods & Inns Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Anand Krishnan will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective August 11, 2026, following his resignation due to personal and professional reasons, and an extension of his effective cessation date to facilitate a transition of responsibilities.
