Max Estates to review quarterly financial results at a board meeting on August 14

Max Estates Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until Sunday, August 16, 2026, following the announcement of the results.
