Reliance Chemotex closes member register September 18-24, 2026, for AGM

Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from September 18, 2026, to September 24, 2026, for its 48th Annual General Meeting, with September 18, 2026, designated as the record date for the meeting and dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company further stated that remote e-voting will be available from September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM (IST) to September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST) for the 48th AGM.
