Amara Minerals to review quarterly results at board meeting on August 11, 2026

Amara Minerals Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. The trading window for company directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons will close on July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public.
