Picturehouse Media to approve quarterly results at a board meeting on August 14, 2026

Picturehouse Media Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, via video conference and other visual means, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company's shares for directors, designated employees, and insiders remains closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
