Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya to review financial results and RTA agreement at board meeting

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. at Bhagwant Kuti Kankhal, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, to consider and approve the quarterly and year-to-date unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a limited review report on those results, as well as to note a tripartite agreement with MAS Services Limited (OLD RTA) and Nivis Corpserve LLP (NEW RTA) regarding RTA services. The company’s trading window has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
