Dolphin Medical Services to review Q1 financial results at August board meeting

Dolphin Medical Services Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, of the financial year 2026-27, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The trading window for the company's securities for designated persons and insiders was closed from July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the financial results.
