RDB Infrastructure acquires 49% stake in Arankam Green Energy for Rs 90,00,000

RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited, formerly known as RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited, has entered into a reconstituted partnership deed on August 8, 2026, to acquire a 49% partnership interest in M/s Arankam Green Energy Solution, a Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated on April 20, 2025, for Rs 90,00,000, to complete and commercialize a 6.3 MW renewable energy project in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, awarded under a Power Purchase Agreement with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) and a Letter of Award from Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), with the remaining 51% stake to be acquired after one year from the Commercial Operation Date.
