Bombay Stock Exchange to review first-quarter financial results at August meeting

Bombay Stock Exchange Limited informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results (standalone) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
