Purple Finance Limited acquires Saksham Gram Credit Private Limited, with DCB Bank as a participant

Purple Finance Limited is acquiring 100% of the equity share capital of Saksham Gram Credit Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction, executed through a series of agreements, involves the issuance of 99,99,952 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 72 per share. A diverse group of 92 investors, categorized as either Promoter Sellers or Investor Sellers, are participating in the acquisition, including DCB Bank Limited, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd, and several individual investors. The acquiring company will have the right to nominate directors to the board of Saksham Gram Credit Private Limited, and the involved parties are unrelated to the promoter group.
