Denta Water to review Q1 financial results and potential dividend at board meeting

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider declaring a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, the company said in a filing. The trading window for the company has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
