General Insurance Corporation India to review quarterly results at August board meeting

General Insurance Corporation of India will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Trading in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
