P H Capital Limited reshuffles its board with new directors and committee changes

P H CAPITAL LIMITED announced appointments and resignations to its board of directors, effective August 5, 2026, including the appointment of Aditya Himmat Bhansali as Additional Whole-time Director and Designated Director, Disha Singhvi as Additional Executive Director and Designated Director, and Nagendraa Parakh as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Non-Designated Director; and the resignation of Rikeen Dalal as Whole-time Director and Sejal Rikeen Dalal as Non-Executive Director. The company also reconstituted its board committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, details of which are included in Annexure A.
