GIC Housing Finance shareholders approved Rs 1,000 crore related-party transactions and Rs 2,500 crore NCD placement

GIC Housing Finance Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that shareholders at the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting held on August 4, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Shri Hitesh Joshi, Smt. Rajeshwari Singh Muni, and Shri Sunil Kakar, and approved Material Related Party Transactions with Promoter Companies up to an aggregate limit of Rs 1,000 crores, and a Private Placement of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)/Bonds up to an aggregate outstanding limit of Rs 2,500 crores.
