Nazara Technologies confirms proceeds from equity issue are being utilized as planned

Nazara Technologies Limited disclosed that ICRA Limited, the monitoring agency appointed to oversee the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue of equity shares, has submitted its report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The report, submitted August 3, 2026, confirmed that the utilization of the INR 495.00 crore raised through the issuance of 50,00,000 equity shares is in line with the objects of the issue, with no deviations observed. The company incurred issue-related expenses of INR 0.38 crore, and a total of INR 412.35 crore remains unutilized, primarily deployed in mutual funds and fixed deposits.
