Maple Infrastructure Trust’s board will meet August 10 to review financial results and consider borrowings

Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited, the investment manager to Maple Infrastructure Trust, will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider a proposal for Maple Infrastructure Trust to avail borrowings, potentially including the issuance of non-convertible debt securities, commercial papers, and term loans. The trading window for units of Maple Infrastructure Trust has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
