Lord’s Mark Industries to consider MPS compliance options at board meeting August 6

Lord’s Mark Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026, to consider proposals for achieving and maintaining Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements through options including a Rights Issue, Offer for Sale (OFS), Bonus Issue, and Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), as well as to approve the appointment of a Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2025–26.
