Pakka Limited to convene a board meeting August 14 to review first quarter financials

Pakka Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for company securities has been closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
