Prataap Snacks Limited granted 50,906 ESARs to employees under its 2018 plan

Prataap Snacks Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee granted 50,906 Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) to eligible employees under the “Prataap Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2018,” with a price per ESAR of Rs 1,159.00, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on August 1, 2026. The company noted that 4,40,701 ESARs are vested to date, and 1,41,329 have been exercised, resulting in 50,935 shares.
