Themis Medicare’s board will review quarterly results at a meeting on August 13, 2026

Themis Medicare Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the statutory auditors’ limited review reports, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company had previously closed its trading window for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are published, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
