Gujarat Themis Biosyn seeks shareholder approval for resolutions including related-party transactions

Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited (GTBL) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST in Vapi, Gujarat, to seek shareholder approval for several resolutions.
