Sarla Performance Fibers shareholders approved a Rs 2 per share dividend at their AGM

Sarla Performance Fibers Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, at the company's 33rd Annual General Meeting held on July 29, 2026, following a recommendation by the Board of Directors on April 22, 2026.
