Brigade Enterprises board approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 1,500 cr

The board of Brigade Enterprises at its meeting held on 15 July 2026 has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis in one or more tranches for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 1500 crore.
