Tata Capital receives S&P ratings for proposed USD denominated senior notes

Tata Capital announced that S&P Global Ratings, the credit rating agency, has assigned a rating of 'BBB' in relation to the issuance of USD dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes proposed to be issued by the Company under the US$ 2 billion medium term note programme.
