JK Lakshmi Cement board approves acquisition of 26% in solar power entity

The board of JK Lakshmi Cement at its meeting held on 04 June 2026 has approved investment of 26% in equity shares of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) i.e. DynoSpark and Elevate Solar Energy for purchase of solar power under the applicable captive power route.
