Board of Josts Engineering Company recommends special dividend

Josts Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 3.75 per equity Share (i.e. 375%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
