Board of Parmeshwar Metal recommends Final Dividend

Parmeshwar Metal announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1.25 per share (i.e.12.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
