Board of SML Mahindra recommends Final Dividend

SML Mahindra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.23.50 per share (i.e.235%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
