Mold-Tek Technologies defers Dividend consideration

The Board of Mold-Tek Technologies at the meeting held on 20 April 2026 has decided to defer the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, in-line with the previous year practice and the Company may consider declaring the Final Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26.
