Board of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure recommends First Interim dividend

Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
