Board of Aegis Vopak Terminals approves allotment of NCDs of Rs 1030 cr

The board of Aegis Vopak Terminals at its meeting held on 05 January 2026 has approved the allotment of 1,03,000 Redeemable, Senior, Rated, Listed, Secured, Taxable Non Convertible Debentures of Rs 1,00,000/- each aggregating for an amount of Rs 1030 crore on private placement basis.
