Borosil has allotted 3,026 equity shares under ESOS on 19 November 2025.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,95,80,599 divided into 11,95,80,599 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
