Karur Vysya Bank allots 1.54 lakh equity shares under ESOS

The board of Karur Vysya Bank at its meeting held on 17 November 2025 has approved the allotment of 1,54,722 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each under KVB ESOS 2011 & 2018 Scheme.
