SMC Global Securities allots 10.47 cr equity shares under bonus issue

SMC Global Securities has allotted 10,47,00,000 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs 2 each in the ratio of 1:1 on 17 November 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 41,88,00,000/- comprising 20,94,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
