Coal India records 9.4% growth in coal production in Aug'25

Coal India and its subsidiaries achieved coal production of 50.4 million tonnes (MT) in month of August 2025 compared to 46.1 MT in August 2024, recording a growth of 9.4%. Meanwhile, coal offtake rose 7.6% to 56.7 MT in August 2025 over August 2024.
