Knowledge Realty Trust affiliates sold substantial REIT units on BSE and NSE exchanges
 <p>Several entities affiliated with Knowledge Realty Trust executed significant sales of REIT units on September 2, 2026, according to a disclosure form submitted to the trust's compliance officer. BREP Asia SG L&T Holding (NQ) Pte. Ltd. sold 200,054,561 units, representing 55.8% of its holdings, while BREP Asia SG DRPL Holding (NQ) Pte. Ltd. divested its entire 564,402,456 units. Other selling entities included BREP Asia II Indian Holding Co IV (NQ) Pte. Ltd., which sold 112,742,338 units, and BREP Asia II Indian Holding Co VII (NQ) Pte. Ltd., which sold 159,564,457 units. All transactions were conducted through the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), and the document confirms no derivative trading occurred. The sales, valued at approximately Rs 21.76 crore, Rs 61.46 crore, Rs 12.30 crore, and Rs 21.76 crore respectively, were executed at an average price of Rs 21.76 lakh and Rs 61.46 lakh.</p>
