NIS Management Ltd. approves annual report, schedules AGM for September 25, 2026
 <p>NIS Management Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the company's annual report for the financial year 2025-2026 and scheduled the 20th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means, with a record date of August 28, 2026, for shareholders and September 18, 2026, for e-voting eligibility; the company also appointed National Securities Depository Limited as the e-voting agency, FCS Himanshu Surendrakumar Gupta as the scrutinizer, and M/s. HM & Associates and M/s. Moore Singhi Advisors LLP as the secretarial auditor and internal auditor, respectively, for the financial year 2026-27.</p>
