Indiqube Spaces approved Rs 35 crore investment in SaiEdge Realty, alongside a director appointment
 <p>Indiqube Spaces Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of Ishwar Subramanian as an additional independent director, with a term through October 18, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved an investment of up to Rs 35 crore in SaiEdge Realty Private Limited, for up to 49% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis, with plans to lease commercial office spaces developed by SaiEdge. Additionally, the board recorded the resignation of Avalur Gopalaratnam Muralikrishnan as an independent director and reconstituted the Audit Committee.</p>
