 <p>Astron Multigrain Limited has appointed M/s. Babubhai Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates, Chartered Accountants, with the appointment effective from September 2, 2026, pending shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the reappointment of M/s. Babubhai Patel & Associates for a term of five consecutive years, commencing after the conclusion of the Eighth Annual General Meeting in 2026 and continuing until the Thirteenth AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.</p>
