Shree Refrigerations shareholders appoint Rucha Ravalnath Shende as Whole-Time Director for 3 years
 <p>Shree Refrigerations Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Rucha Ravalnath Shende (DIN: 11546908) as a Whole-Time Director for a term of 3 years, commencing from February 23, 2026, and ending on February 22, 2029, liable to retire by rotation, according to a regulatory filing on September 2, 2026. Ms. Shende is the daughter of Mr. Ravalnath Gopinath Shende, Managing Director, and Ms. Rajashri Ravalnath Shende, Whole-Time Director of the company, and sister of Ms. Devashree Vishwesh Nampurkar, also a Whole-Time Director.</p>
